Pure Wellness Wilmington
2106 Silverside Rd #102, Wilmington, DE 19810. We are on Silverside Road, Suite 102 — not Concord Pike retail, and not the Newark office on Stanton Christiana Road.

Pure Wellness of Wilmington opened in January 2016 on Silverside Road. The office specializes in chiropractic care, massage therapy, injury rehabilitation, and shockwave therapy for northern Delaware.
Brandywine Hundred is dense with desk jobs, I-95 commuting, and weekend sports. This clinic is built for that mix: precise adjustments, soft-tissue work, and a staff that knows you by name.
Drs. Stephanie Cirone, Vivian Giannakakis, and Justin Johnson keep the focus on acute injuries and stubborn spinal complaints without rushing you through a mill.
Established January 2016. Opened on Silverside Road to serve Brandywine Hundred and northern New Castle County.
Brandywine Hundred families, I-95 commuters, Claymont and Hockessin households, and patients with headache or auto-injury histories.
What is available in this building is chiropractic, massage, spinal decompression, and shockwave; acupuncture is not the headline service in this building. That list is deliberately specific — Pure Wellness offices are not identical, and if your exam points to a therapy we do not have here we will tell you which clinic does rather than substituting something close enough.
The rest of Pure Wellness is at purewellchiro.com. The other four offices are in the footer.
Before your first visit
What actually happens when you walk in
Your first appointment here runs 60 to 90 minutes, and most of that is not treatment. It is history, orthopedic and neurological testing, measured range of motion, and a hands-on examination — because “my back hurts” describes a facet joint that has stopped gliding, a disc pressing on a nerve root, a sacroiliac joint carrying uneven load, and a muscle guarding an old injury equally well, and those four do not get the same treatment.
At the end of it you get a plain explanation of what the exam found and what we propose to do about it, including roughly how many visits we expect it to take. If the findings point somewhere outside chiropractic — imaging, a physician, an emergency department — you will hear that instead. Referring out is part of an honest exam, not a failure of one.
Bring photo ID and your insurance card. If you have had recent imaging, bring the report or the disc. If the problem started with a car crash or an injury at work, say so when you book: those visits are documented to a different standard and need more time on the schedule than a routine first appointment.
Follow-up visits are much shorter than the first one. That matters more than it sounds, because chiropractic works on frequency rather than on one dramatic session — the clinic you can realistically get to two or three times in a bad week is the clinic that will help you most.
Getting here and parking
We are at 2106 Silverside Road, Suite 102, in Wilmington 19810. Silverside is the east-west spine of Brandywine Hundred; look for Suite 102 in the office building, not a storefront on Concord Pike.
Lot parking is in front of the building. First visits take 60–90 minutes. If you are coming from Naamans, Marsh, or I-95, this is the northern Pure Wellness clinic — not the Newark office on Stanton Christiana.
If the building numbering is confusing on arrival, call (302) 543-5679 from the lot rather than circling. The front desk knows exactly which door people miss.

Who you will see
Dr. Justin Johnson, D.C.; Dr. Vivian Giannakakis, D.C.; Dr. Stephanie Cirone, D.C.. Having more than one doctor in the building means a treatment plan does not stall when one of them is out, and it means you can be matched to the technique your case actually calls for rather than the only one on offer.
Results we publish
This office has 213 treatment outcomes recorded on ChiropracticResults.com, an independent register that logs the condition treated, the pain score at intake, and the score at discharge. Across those documented cases the average improvement is 96%, with pain moving from 7/10 to 0.8/10.
Averages describe other people’s care and are not a promise about yours. We publish them because a number you can check on a site we do not control is worth more than an adjective we picked ourselves.
