We are at 2106 Silverside Road, Suite 102, in Wilmington 19810. Silverside is the east-west spine of Brandywine Hundred; look for Suite 102 in the office building, not a storefront on Concord Pike.
Lot parking is in front of the building. First visits take 60–90 minutes. If you are coming from Naamans, Marsh, or I-95, this is the northern Pure Wellness clinic — not the Newark office on Stanton Christiana.
This office sits on Silverside Road in Brandywine Hundred, between Naamans, Marsh, and Concord Pike, so most patients arrive via I-95, Naamans Road, Marsh Road, and Concord Pike commuting. We are on Silverside Road, Suite 102 — not Concord Pike retail, and not the Newark office on Stanton Christiana Road — if a map application has sent you to another Pure Wellness address, you are at the wrong building, and the full clinic list will sort it out.

How long is the first appointment?
Plan 60 to 90 minutes. That covers history, posture screening, measured range of motion, a hands-on exam, and an adjustment the same day if you are a chiropractic case and you want one. Follow-up visits are much shorter.
What does it cost and do you take my insurance?
The new patient exam is advertised starting at $78, and a consultation alone is $39. Insurance is accepted here and staff verify your benefits at no charge before care starts — if you use insurance, what you pay may be less than the advertised fee. We also take auto accident and workers' compensation cases.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, your insurance cards, and any recent imaging or reports. Printing and completing the intake forms beforehand saves you filling in a clipboard while your back hurts.
