Reviews
Wilmington patients
Two separate things are worth looking at before you pick a chiropractor, and only one of them is reviews. Below are unedited patient comments about the Wilmington office, followed by treatment outcomes that were documented case by case and published by an independent register rather than collected by us.
The short version: 108 reviews averaging 4.9 out of 5, and 213 documented outcomes with an average improvement of 96%.

Documented outcomes, not star ratings
ChiropracticResults.com records the condition treated, the pain score at intake, and the score at discharge for individual cases at Wilmington. Because it tracks whether people actually got better, it is a harder claim to make than an average rating.

How to read a chiropractor's reviews
Reviews are good evidence about the experience: whether the doctor explained what they found, whether the front desk remembered your name, whether you felt rushed through an adjustment. Those things matter, and they are hard to learn any other way.
They are weak evidence about whether treatment works. The people most likely to write a review are the ones at either extreme, and nobody posts a three-star update six weeks later saying the pain came back. That is why we point at documented outcomes as well — a register that publishes intake and discharge pain scores per case can be checked against, and a five-star average cannot.
Neither tells you whether Wilmington is right for your case. That takes the exam. We are on Silverside Road, Suite 102 — not Concord Pike retail, and not the Newark office on Stanton Christiana Road, so if you have read reviews for another Pure Wellness office, they are about a different building and a different team.
